I don't like Puella Magi to be honest, for countless reasons. I must admit, however, that the witch visuals are stunning, and I found myself allured by this particular character.
ABOUT:
Oktavia von Seckendorff is the witch form of Sayaka Miki, born when she confronted her values of chilvary and longlife dreams of romance, ultimately facing a love deception and hearing hurtful words. The train wheels she summons only move back to the past she sees with tinted lenses. The songs the orchestra plays for her are lacking in lyrics much like she's lacking in convictions; but are as strong as the witch's heartache. As petty as her motives are, she's devoid of any will to change; those who enter her barrier and listen to that deadly tribute music are doomed to be just as empty, having their souls destroyed.
